1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Sukirthi Technologies website, ordering Digital Signature Certificates, downloading desktop software evaluation builds, or requesting business services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) & Regulatory Compliance

All Digital Signature Certificates (Class 3, Tender DSC, DGFT, and Organizational certificates) are issued strictly in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and guidelines established by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India.

• Applicants must provide authentic, valid identity and address verification documentation.
• Approval is subject to eKYC, mobile verification, and video recording verification as mandated by Certifying Authorities.
• Cryptographic USB tokens provided (Precision, HYP2003, mToken, ProxKey) are certified hardware security modules. Token passwords/PINs must be maintained securely by the certificate owner.

3. Software Solutions & Evaluation Licenses

Software products developed by or distributed through Sukirthi Technologies, including Sukirthi Bulk PDF Signer:

• Evaluation versions provided through the "Try It" option are intended for evaluation purposes.
• Unauthorized reverse engineering, redistribution, or modification of the software binaries is strictly prohibited.
• Commercial deployment requires an authorized license agreement provided by Sukirthi Technologies.

4. Hardware & Computer Sales

Hardware inquiries for new, refurbished, or open-box laptops, desktops, and security peripherals are fulfilled based on mutual agreement, verified testing, and specific invoice terms provided at the time of procurement.
