Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Sukirthi Technologies strives to provide transparent, high-quality services. Because our offerings include government-regulated digital certificates, physical hardware, and software licenses, specific refund and cancellation conditions apply as detailed below.

2. Digital Signature Certificates (DSC)

• Prior to Certificate Generation: If an application cannot proceed prior to submission and verification on the Certifying Authority portal, a cancellation request can be processed subject to administrative nominal verification charges.
• After Certificate Issuance / Download: Once a Digital Signature Certificate has been approved, generated, or downloaded onto a USB token, it cannot be refunded or cancelled as certifying authority license fees are non-reversible.

3. Physical Hardware & USB Tokens

• Defective cryptographic USB tokens or hardware peripherals reported within 7 days of delivery are eligible for replacement or technical remediation.
• Goods physically damaged through customer misuse or altered firmware are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Software Solutions

We provide free evaluation versions for Sukirthi Bulk PDF Signer so clients can verify full functionality and compatibility with their environment before purchasing commercial licenses. Commercial software licenses once issued with activated hardware keys are non-refundable.
